I have been looking for an iOS or android app that provides workouts I can follow when using my indoor/spin bike, or better yet a complete training plan. I do prefer road riding but at the moment can only get outside on the weekends.

I have considered trainer road or virtual trainer but I have to keep in mind that I have a spin bike, not a trainer. So, power and speed is out the window and I'm dealing with cadence and heart rate only. Given that limitation, trainer road doesn't seem to be worth it but I could be mistaken, you tell me.

Also, I don't really care about spinning or cycling route videos since I'd rather watch Netflix or just listen to music.

I guess what I'm looking for is something that monitors my HR and cadence and will tell me when to increase or decrease cadence/resistance in a structured program.

Is there a decent training app out there that isn't dependent on a trainer and power meter?
