Call the number that GSJon provided. I've had very good luck with Garmin support. In the future, www.gethuman.com is a good source of information about finding the best number and bypassing the interactive voice systems.

Thanks. I finally got a response from them but they told me to do what I had already done so I guess I'll be on the phone with them tomorrow.
