Looking for new bike computer set up

I'm looking to replace the Bontrager computer on my secondary bike (don't remember its model off hand.) It does have an ANT+ speed/cadence sensor. My Primary bike has a Bontrager Node 1.1 w/ dual band Ant+/Bluetooth. I'm split between getting a new computer for the secondary bike (leaving my primary alone) and move the Node to the secondary bike and getting a different computer or phone app for the primary bike. Main features I'm wanting regardless are speed & cadence. GPS would be nice in case I'm in a new area. I typically ride the same routes and usually don't do group rides or post where I've been for others to see.

So I guess what would either be a decent Ant+ computer (speed/cadence) for my secondary bike
Or a decent computer/smart phone app (speed, cadence, alt?) for my primary bike? Sensor on that bike is both blue tooth & Ant+

I'm no expert in such matters, but personally I'd opt for ANT+ based since that is a 1-to-many protocol vs. bluetooth's 1-to-1. Meaning, with ANT+ you can have multiple receivers such as the bike computer plus your phone or watch or whatever. The sensor doesn't care, it's just happily broadcasting the data, and all in-range receivers that are "paired" to it will pick up the signal.

For example I have a basic Trip300 and DuotrapS on my TrekDS, so I have speed/cadence right there without having to mess with anything. If I want to record the ride, I just start a Bike activity on my watch (920xt or FR235) and it picks up the same ANT+ signal from the duotrapS. If I also had a phone with an ANT+ adapter it could also pick up the signal with whatever app. With bluetooth I believe you can't do this without some of the devices retransmitting the data, which seems like more possible headache/trouble.

Hopefully at least this gives some info. I'm a pretty casual rider, mostly I run, so other likely know more about this than I.

I've got the 300 on my secondary bike and really don't like it much. I've had issues with it and its going to be replaced. Right now, I'm considering a Garmin Edge 520 vs. using my phone with Wahoo, Strava, etc. Thoughts?

I've had a 520 for about 10 rides now and I'm quite happy with it. I think I've only had one glitch with it and it wasn't that bad. There do seem to be some people that have problems with it but I haven't seen those on my unit so far.

strava on your phone

canondale iq114 wired speed and cadence, $15 from aawyeahbikes: Cannondale IQ114 Wired Bike Computer with Cadence - AAWYEAH Bikes and Bicycle Parts

edit: if you want your cadence data on strava, a wahoo bluetooth sensor will pair with it on an iphone or android easily
