Any Trainer experts here?
I bought a Cycleops Magnus trainer today from Performance bike. I got it put together and my computer found it and connected with the ANT+ dongle I had been using to connect to the speed sensor I was using on my fluid trainer. Using TrainerRoad which found it immediately I tried a workout and it shows speed and power but makes no changes to the trainer. I can spin up to 300+ watts with it in ERG mode and the nothing changes. Do I have something set up wrong or is the trainer faulty? I also tried it on my phone with bluetooth and it was the same. If this is the wrong forum please direct me to the right one.
I think I figured it out

I'm a little confused by your post. Can you control the resistance from any remote device? Like an app on a phone? I assume what you mean by the trainerroad comment is that the set point watts is supposed to be 300+, but it never gets to higher resistance?
