Shoutout to Cygolite
Just wanted to give Cygolite some praise. I've had a Metro 800 headlight for about three years. This weekend on a ride the cap for the charging port on the back disappeared.
This morning I emailed customer service to find out if replacements were available. Within 4 hours they emailed me back, asked for a photo of the back of the light, and they are mailing me a replacement.
This wasn't a huge deal but I really appreciate the fast response and the gesture of a free replacement.

I have also had service from Cygolite where they went beyond what they promised. They earned my loyalty.
