L & M Arc - Battery Error
Its been about 4 months since my Arc was charged. So, as the manual suggests, I tried to recharge it today. Well, the battery is totally dead and Error Light just blinks green/orange. I don't beleive that it is charging.
Anyone have any ideas to get it to charge?
Thanks
T.J.
EDIT: I've sent an email to L&M and will share any correspondance they provide.

Sounds like the battery died. I just got a NiMH version and I'm going to try and keep it charged up so this doesn't happen to me cause the light is awesome!
L&M has been good to me answering questions and shipped me a new courtesy helmet mount in two days because I broke mine.

UPDATE:
L & M contacted me via email and instructed me to send the battery and unit in for inspection.
However, I was able to get the battery to charge by repeatedly unplugging and plugging in the charger unit until the battery started to charge. I got a full charge and all seems well.
If you are not using your light during the summer, Remember to charge your battery every 3-4 months!!

I'm glade this got bumped, I have not really had problems with mine. This will be good to know if this ever happens and that the company is good for help.
I have the Stella 200L no problems with that, I wish the cable was shorter sometimes, and could take it on and off faster but its good
I got my girlfriend a Vega 120(I only had one day that ran out on me after i thought I charged it but i think it ran out in my bag,)
I just wish L&M would come out with a rear light, I bet the could do something good, something to smoke the Super Flash(not saying there is anything with the super flash)

that is awesome, it looks like it is going to be pretty sweet, I can't wait to see that. It looks like a pretty good system
Little pricey and a little biger then i would hope, but the safety with the light makes it worth it, also I have always gotten my L&M for half price actually, both of them, so If I get a chance, I will buy that light,

It will be interesting to see how it compares to the Radbot 1000 - less than a third of the cost of the L&M - or to the MagicShine taillight that will be coming out soon.
I had hoped for a L&M tail light that would share the battery with my L&M headlight, like the Dinotte's do. That would have sold me for sure. I'm waiting to see how bright it is, what the beam pattern looks like, what the flash modes look like. I'm also wondering about run time.
