Speed distance problem with Node 2

Maybe I'm just stupid but I just had a problem start up with my Node 2 computer. All had been working fine then I went out to ride one day and the speed and distance are all wrong. I went back into setup and confirmed the wheel size and that it was set to mph. Any ideas what could be causing the problem? I should note that cadence and HR are working fine. This is being used right now on my older steel bike so it's got seperate speed and cadence sensors.

Problem solved. Yesterday I messed with the tilt of the magnet and sensor to no avail. Today I just slid the sensor less than 1/16 of an inch down the spoke and all was working fine again.
