Need some help: Advanced workouts on the Garmin 705
So I just got a Garmin 705 and I started making my own workouts recently.
Does anyone know if there is a way to have it both tell you to maintain two separate variables at one time? I specifically want to have it tell me to maintain a HR zone AND a minimum cadence. Is that possible in the workout system?
