Does Garmin Connect cost money?

Does Garmin Connect cost money? I like the idea of being able to track rides, but I have no desire to pay annual/monthly fees...I have enough of those.

It's free. You don't even need a Garmin since you can even register right now and manually enter your ride info. I think its a piece of crap especially with the Bing maps but I guess I get what I pay for...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think it a good sight for keeping track of your info. I also use Training Peaks and for the little extra, for me it's worth it. But still and all the Garmin connect site is a good one.
