Garmin forerunner 50 battery replacement
Hi,
I have a 3 year old Garmin forerunner 50 HRM https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=10527 that has not been used in a year. I need to replace the batteries in both the watch and the chest strap.
Is this a do-it-yourself operation? Can a retailer, like REI, take care of this for me. I have an event this weekend, so time is short.
Michael

Well, removing the batteries was an easy enough task if you have a Jewelers screwdriver.
