I use some Fenix lights (L2D in my case), now they are model # LD20 and these run off 2 AA's.
I made a crude set of wood/velcro handlebar clamps, and the lights attach with velcro straps for easy on/off.
There are brighter lights out there running off 18650 batteries.
You should decide how bright and your required run time

Fenix is a good brand, I personally dont like Nebo though based on what I've read.
I use lights from here: https://www.solarforce-sales.com/
I bought a body and a 5-mode (100% 60% 30% SOS Strobe) 820 Lumen XM-L bulb from there for like $35 total.
