Elite Power Fluid Trainer problem
This is probably a long shot for being answered but I recently purchased an Elite Power Fluid trainer it seemed pretty simple to setup but when I put the bike on the tire is no where near the roller I can lift the roller part but it won't stay up against the tire I'm not sure if I set something up wrong it seems to be exactly as the directions show but it won't stay in position i propped it up with some phone books to at least try it out but it's not working as it should and I can not find any information on this online. I'm wondering if I have a bad unit.

It looks like your body weight makes the tire rest on the roller
