I love this app that lets you Google an answer and then send it to someone. My search showed a flashlight mount on Amazon for about six bucks. Here it is: Let me google that for you
I used the base of a mount for an older, cheap bike light and just hose clamped my 32-LED light to it. Cost almost nothing, but so does the one on Amazon.

A piece of old tube to protect the bar and a wrist band, such as Livestrong, works in a pinch. Still a real light with rechargeable battery is my choice

Cheap Universal Bicycle Mount
THIS ONE will securely hold a 1" diameter flashlight. I had the velcro one but it is not snug secure and moved around. The rubber U mount for $2 is very secure.

I gave up on my Twofish lockblocks for lighting a while ago, mostly because the straps are horrible. I started using them again to hold a backup battery for my Garmin and reminded myself how horrible they are all over again. You don't need to aim a battery, so I was hoping they would work, but I'm looking for a replacement. I say go for one of the light-specific options
