GPS picking up 0's

Hi, my GPS Garmin 810 is picking up all kinds of 0's ( watts ), even though I have it set to record every second ( was doing it on smart recording also).. when I upload the file to strava and garmin, I have around the same numbers as Trainerroads was picking up right from the PM using a garmin stick.. BUT Golden cheetah and training peaks had the same numbers but much lower wattage numbers..
I can see the drop in watts to 0 on the garmin chart in garmin connect and when I looked at previous ride files there is no issue or site of the chart spiking to 0 ..
Any idea what is going on here **********

Could you edit some punctuation into that text?
