Need to Reinstall Garmin Vector - Requires "Un-Pairing"

Assuming the arrival of a part tomorrow, I will be re-installing a set of Garmin Vector S (one sided power pedals). I need to 'unpair' my Garmin 800 Edge device with the Vector S pedals. Unless there is a process that I am not aware of (possible), the only thing that 'kicks off' the Vector 'angle determination process' is pairing.

So how do I 'unpair' my pedals from my 800 Edge?

Thanks.

Finally found the answer and you do not need to unpair.

You can 'erase' the existing angles stored in the Vector S by removing the battery and unplugging the plug-thingey from the inside end of the Vector S spindle. Assuming that you do this when the Vector S (or the regular Vector pedals) is 'awake', 10 seconds should be enough.

While you will remain paired the angle settings will be gone, so the Vector pedals will re-initiate the angle setting process on the next startup, even if you have a head that doesn't have a 'angle setting wizard' (e.g., the Garmin Edge 800).
