Since you're a new member you won't be able to post links from an outside host (Flickr, Imgur, Photobucket, etc.) until you've posted 10 times.
The alternative is to click the "Go Advanced" button below the text entry window. Scroll down and look for the option to attach photos or files directly from your computer. It's old school stuff but still works.

There is a two or three step process that makes it quick and easy. Know where to find the picture on your computer or phone. Open the website http/postimages.org Decide what size you want the picture and how long it should be stored at that site. Upload the picture. You will then get about 6 choices for how to access the picture. Copy the "hotlink for forums" and past it here. I did that in about 45 seconds and here is one that will disappear by tomorrow.
