Excellent job. About a year ago I started the same journey, lost 50lbs in 3 months from riding and dropped another 30 over the Summer riding outdoors. Now I can't go a day without riding 20 or so miles in or outdoors. My favorite rides are outdoors though when the weather permits. Keep it going and never look back.
