Heck of a Way to Get Over a Cold

Did a 30 mile ride yesterday. Nice and slow. Seemed OK to me so today I did 56 miles with a group. Lots of accelerations. Lots of time over 20 mph. I was happy to get back to the car load up and go home.

I wonder what I'll feel like tomorrow. I suspect sunburned and tired.

Right now it feels like the cold is gone.

Ireland by the end of the week! 8 days averaging 50 miles a day. Whoopee!
