"Mother's Little Helper"

I was mothers little helper in the kitchen one time and made sugar cookies but got the "sugar" out of the wrong canister... The pigs got the 'salt' cookies after she tried to fix them.
I still enjoy making cookies of all kinds. FOR BIKE RIDES and other things. this is a bike forum, after all... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...peace |

That must have been in the late 60's as I recall. |

That must have been in the late 60's as I recall. I was inspired at a trip to the Boston Computer museum. I heard an older couple talking about how they used to punch love notes to each other on them when they worked in a data processing department. That seemed sweet to me. When I was able to use the museum's keypunch machine, I punched in a proposal. So, not only was it a unique way to do it, but when I gave it to her a few months later, it showed her that I had been considering it seriously and thinking it out well. |

Another (relatively short lived) job title by the wayside...... |

I just had an 11 year old boy come up to my food window singing "Pinball Wizard" and I started singing along with him. He looks as me and says, somewhat amazed, "You listen to the Who?!?" And I said, "Sure, that's an old song." Dang young twerp whippersnappers! I guess I should give him credit for knowing it was originally by The Who. . . |
