You have to see spotted dick to understand why it is such a speciality over here.

Talking about food- I am off to france next month and going to a region where the local speciality is

"Tripoux" (mutton tripe with stuffed Sheeps Feet) Think this will be the first trip where I will not be frequenting the Local hostelries for a regional meal. Mind you- It is right in the middle of my favourite drinking wine. Cote Du Rhone. Although enough of the local wine and I might be tempted at some point in trying it.

How could it occur to someone to cook sheep's feet wrapped in its stomach? Yech! Reminds me of scrapple. :(

Ha! "To each their own!" said the lady that kissed the cow.

Some years ago, my brother asked if he could have a three japanese guys he knew from college over for our American Thanksgiving dinner. She said sure and over they came. They examined the food carefully, had a little turkey, some green beans, but not too much else. My brother said they were very reluctant to try our mashed potatoes!

Sounds a lot like McDonalds breakfast burritos. McDonalds is probably a lot cheaper.

In hopes of creating an international incident:
British v. American: who wins each round:
Emerson Lake and Palmer -- A
Lucas Electrical -- A
McDonalds -- B
Cricket -- A+
Real football -- A
Any sport where the winning score is more than 1 -- A
Jerry Springer -- B
Blood pudding -- A
Cheesburgers -- A
Murder mayhem and violence -- B
Proximity to France -- A

I think the winner is pretty obvious at this point.

Thats where your seat problem is coming from- stop trying to hatch them by keeping them in your Bib Shorts.

Well I see it just fine and dandy. A picture of Peter Graves from his TV role on Mission Impossible, with a smoking reel to reel tape recorder to boot.

WillisB 05-24-07 04:55 AM

I can't see it either.

BluesDawg 05-24-07 05:06 AM

I see it. Perhaps the secretary has disavowed any knowledge of your actions.

WillisB 05-24-07 06:26 AM

Now I don't even see the red x.

BluesDawg 05-24-07 07:34 AM

Interesting. At home using Firefox, I saw it fine. At work using IE, it's just a red X.

Floyd 05-24-07 07:55 AM

That is just the veins crossing inside your eyes...they are projected onto the monitor. .... . ....peace

WillisB 05-24-07 08:19 AM

I just tried IE instead of Firefox. I can see the red X again.

What Redex. I thought that was something I put in the Cars fuel.
