Thoughts/Recommendations on Giant OCR C3

I'm seriously considering buying a new Giant OCR C3, all composite frame, 10 speed 105s with TruVativ triple chain rings. Its an 06 leftover and I can pick it up for under $1500 at my all time favorite LBS as a bonus. It has the relaxed geometry I want, its all carbon at a good price with nice rims.
Hopefully this link will work to show the bike:

I'd like to know if any others in the 50+ group considered this bike but did or did not buy it. For that matter, has anyone considered or does anyone own a Giant OCR any model. Why did you or didn't you buy it? Any comments, thoughts are greatly appreciated.
Oh yeah, I rode it today and its the right size frame for me, medium. The LBS has only one left.

I got one for my son for Christmas this past year, and he loves it. He's says it's remarkably comfortable and surprisingly fast. The 105 gear is pretty reliable too.

Have you checked out www.roadbikereview.com? If I recall it got good reviews.

It's a handsome bike and it sounds like a good deal.

Edited.
