Latitude65 - Bring it on
Looks like my rehab plan is working. Did a great ride today, used my inversion table afterwards and stretching before. Finished with a nice swim. So far, no terrible referred leg pains, and I am handling the sort of numb leg pretty well.
So, next time you are in CO, and I am also, let's take one of my SLOW and relaxing rides - just for fun.
Looks like this May you and I will be trading places - I will be in Alaska and you will be in CO!!
Maybe next fall?

Just posted in you bike buying thread.
Your numb leg can go with my numb patella, eh?
So glad you are riding again!! I'd love to do one of your rides. They are great fun.
Snow is just about off the ground here after one of the driest winters in recorded history. I think there has only been one other year with as little snowfall. So, I will be able to get on my bike Soon.
Tickets are already bought for Fall. We are also thinking about coming down in July for a week. Hit the connections right and it is about 8 hours enroute time, which is manageable.
