I'm finally mature enough to add my bikes here.

Raleigh F500 (2003 Police-Style Mountain Bike)
Gary Fisher Caliber 29 (2007 29er Mountain Bike)

I also have a circa 1966 Schwinn Collegiate 5 speed, but I don't ride it so much as I take it out and try to clean it up every few years. So, I don't think it qualifies as one I actively ride.

The Rans Fusion is the best thing available on 2 wheels if you need very low gearing on occasions and want comfort that is close to that provided by a recumbent. If you test ride it, you will want it.

Ok, I'm just a few days away from my 50th so I'll add my bikes.

Currently I have a Parlee Z4 and an Indy Fab Ti Crown Jewel. I also have 2 Calfee Luna Pro frames not built up. Hoping to sell those.

Hybrid to road

My two bikes are below with the approximate current percentage riding time on each. I just got the Pilot last Spring and am enjoying it and have increased the length of my rides. (Seven pounds less bike doesn't hurt either.) I just started riding seriously about 2 years ago.

2005 Trek 7500FX Fitness hybrid, burgundy with silver and black (5%)
2007 Trek Pilot 5.0 road bike, red and white (95%)

i don't quite understand the list here. How often is it updated? Is there anyone actually doing updates to the list at all? I see dozens of bikes listed early on in the thread that have since gone completely missing-for example, there were a scad of Colnagos at one time, now none. It's never made clear exactly how one is supposed to make their additions-do we copy from the existing list and then insert our own ?

amused, confused and befuddled,
k

Bikes: Raleigh F500 mountain bike and an exceptionally old (mid-60's) Schwinn Collegiate 5-speed.

I bet if someone volunteered to help the original poster with a consolidation effort for the listed bikes, and made a post showing the full list, he'd be pleased copy and paste it back into the first post in the thread. I'm guessing that keeping up with the list gets somewhat tedious after a while.

Just in looking at past posts, I'm thinking that what people DON'T want to do is copy the full list to a new post every time a bike is to be added. That would make this thread unbearably long from a cumulative text standpoint.
