Is Coach Troy Santa Claus?

How many homes did Coach Troy visit this morning? He seems to get around. He dropped in to my home for about 45 minutes, and we enjoyed a nice?? ride this morning.

Has he visited your house today? Did he bring you a present? Perhaps a DVD or old videotape?

Hopefully, my schedule today will allow for a ride WITHOUT Coach Troy - but the schedule looks pretty busy, what with Christmas events, etc. Temp is supposed to be about 50F, which is great, but high winds are forecast.

Coach Troy is a modern symbol of evil. IMHO, of course.

I will repeat my posting in the Haiku section:

Rides with Coach Troy suck.
Spin class is not much better
Belly grows 'till spring.

Well, I got the better of Coach Troy with a 2 hour ride this pm. 55F - wonderful weather for a ride.

The training videos for folks using trainers features "Coach Troy" as the demon urging you on to bigger and better bicycling training. They are produced by SPinervals.com

I have two that I use when - and if - I use the trainer. One is basic for Clydesdales, one is advanced. They do give you a workout.

2 hours on a trainer.... I can ride for hours and hours outdoors with the wind in my face, but I am begging for mercy after 20 minutes in the spin class. However, they are my only option for riding during the week, after work, in the dark.

You misread my post. I got the BETTER of Coach Troy by going for a two hour ride OUTSIDE, instead of the trainer.

Sorry to be so obtuse.
