I don't want to jinx it but I have sold my Cervelo P2k (aluminum) TT bike. I had already replaced it a couple years ago with a Cervelo P2c (carbon). I had made several weak attempts to sell it including Craigslist, our swap meet, etc. I finally made enough room in my van and took it to our TT at Charlotte Motor Speedway this week and literally had people fighting over it. I put a ridiculously low price on it hoping I wouldn't have to cart it back home. But, it's one of those deals where the fella had to get the bank to cut a check and get it to me. He's in the service and just starting to ride so I hope it all works out. I'm supposed to do the deed this week.
It was just as fast as my P2c but the carbon frame is much better on longer rides. It is also a smaller frame and a better size for me. However my PR at the Speedway was on the P2k and 10 miles was just about all I wanted to ride that bike on.

I have several bikes to sell but just haven't been very aggressive to market them. Well, if doing nothing is much at all. I suppose I should take what I can get for them and see what it adds up to.
