After doing as much research as I could as quickly as I could--learning about VGA, HDMI, HD, DVI, LED and LCD, and a bunch of other specs--I ordered an Acer 22" high definition, widescreen monitor yesterday. It won't arrive by the start of the Tour--I'll have to make my laptop screen make do for a couple of days, and I'll find out when the new monitor arrives if my laptop has the right video drivers in it or not, but I'm very excited to see the Tour in high-def. I did pay for delivery in two business days, so I should have it around July 6th. Looking forward to it A LOT!

Bummer! I purchased all access to the Tour on versus.com and the log in doesn't work! When I try to log in, the site just goes back to the 'fill in the following information for full access." I already did that! Tech support through NBC Sports Digital Support so far hasn't been able to help me.

Anyone else having this problem if you have full access via versus.com?

Last year it was on the air in Chicago - Channel 5.3 Universal Sports (owned by NBC). The ran it 'live' (first broadcast) then reran it 3 or 4 times that day. Not on the schedule this year. May have to watch some clips here: https://www.universalsports.com/cycling/index.html

The quality of the HD image on Versus this morning was amazing. I think I am really going to enjoy watching the tour this year. Watching the TdF was one of the main reasons I decided to bite the bullet last Christmas and get the family () a big HD set. I am not regretting the decision.
