What exactly are you using a Allen wrench on?
This is a picture of a 1988 Bianchi and I see no bolts on the seat stays.

Specialized is the same too.

Just curious.

You most likely tightened the seat rails/seat clamp, not the seat stays.

Oh. Sorry, it was the seat rails. And, it wasn't my Bianchi, it was my Specialized Sectuer.

Nice Bike! How did you clean it up so good? Your seatpost bolt... mine is stripped out. When I remove it, any idea where I can get a new one?
