Comics from my youth, that I looked forward to: -Terry and the Pirates. -Dick Tracy. During the 60s, they had the Magnetic Space Coupes, lasers, and all sorts of cool stuff. Oh yeah, good bad guys too. -Dondi. -Prince Valiant. Still published, but not the same. -Gasoline Alley. One of only two strips I can think of, where the characters aged and eventually died. The other is "For better or worse". -Peanuts, back when they had "Pig Pen". (can't have Pig Pen now, thanks to the thought police) |
These were slightly before my time, but as a kid I caught the tail end of them.

One of my favorites was Dagwood, In one he is looking over an item he had just bought and says to Blondie,"You don't see this very often"
Blondie responds,"Whats that?" Dagwood shows her, the tag says, Made in the USA |
