Quote: From last year I have lost around 15 lbs.. This year I'm looking at my speed and going "that can't be". I struggled to do 15 mph average last year and now I can handle 17-18 pretty easily.
Went from 234 to 219lbs. MY goal was to get to 215, so I think in a couple months I might be there. Then, who knows? Would love to do a 10-mile time trial over 20mph but that will take some work.
If you hit your goal, will you change your name to notsobigbadwulf?

In the last month I dropped 10 pounds and I find I can ride at least 5 mph faster on average with what seems like little effort. I think it may be more to do with stronger muscles than less weight though. Seriously addictive feeling flying along with no next to no effort.
