Monday Helped a friend, Tuesday had an appointment that was canceled, today dentist($204.00 for a cleaning) ouch, tomorrow the appointment that was canceled, Thursday doctor apt. and Friday Grandsons graduation from College. These days I need to leave early in the AM as it tends to get hot here in the Arizona desert.

For the last month I have had to make time for rides. If I plan one- it rains or something urgent comes up. Been trying to get out for my Usual 30 mile training ride with hills all week and there might be a window after 10am this morning.

About 6:45AM works (sometimes) for me.

Man, it's certainly getting HOT here in AZ.

Welcome to the club. If the grass needs cutting and I know it's going to rain for the next few days, like this week, the ride has to wait. If I know it's not going to rain the next day or days, the grass waits.
And I'm just not a morning person.

I also have the lawn-care problem, along with a somewhat unpredictable work schedule. I've been trying hard to keep up with the twice-weekly shop rides this season, and have been pretty successful, but weather, suburban horticulture and life events seem ever willing to conspire against me.

And ouch on that dental cleaning. I was complaining at having to pay $120 the other day.
