Your 2013 Goals?

My goal was to stay upright, I went down on the 7th, was riding in 30 degree weather and hit a spot
that just looked wet. It was ice and I was turning right, no damage and just a small raspberry on my knee.
Maybe I can stay up the rest of the year. Ironically I went down on that same corner turning left a few
months ago.

My 2013 goals are once again, very nebulous. My daughter's gymnastics schedule will keep me tied up several weekends through March. A couple other weekends I'll be timing whitewater races on a local river. In May, the family and I are taking 2 weeks and rafting through the Grand Canyon. In July, I'll be in Alaska and the Yukon 3 weeks for a raft trip on the Alsek. In between, I hope to get in a few rides, lose a few pounds and gain some general fitness. I'm not holding out hope for any kind of peak or target event fitness but I'd like to be able to ride the occasional metric or century when time allows.

Guess it's time to post my goals. Yes I like goals.
Stay healthy, have fun, and don't have any accidents. (Had two bad wrecks and hernia surgery in 2012)
Do at least 7,000 miles on the bike (did 7,200+ in 2012)
Get a little faster but endurance is more important
Ride at least two 200k brevets or better (did two last year), maybe a 300k
Ride at least 6 100 mile rides (5 last year)
Do at least two multi day rides (one last year)
Oh yeah, did I say keep having fun and I want to continue to meet other people who are passionate about cycling.
Lose five pounds.
Not much change from 2012, which was my first full calendar year of riding, but I think I had a good year.
forgot one: get one year closer to retirement so I can ride all the time!
