Your pictures are great, and so is your Wordpress blog, but I wish you'd include some descriptions of where they were taken, and other observations you may have. Frankly, until I saw them, I never thought of the deep south as a vacation destination, but the trails you photograph are fascinating.

Westfork Ranch, Dallas, Georgia.

Horses are usually nervous around bikes but even with loud i9 hubs these guys swaggered up to the fence as soon as they saw me coming. I guess when you are that big you don't have much to fear.

We did a century out to the wildflowers yesterday ... it was awesome! Glad we took the bikes too ... the crowds were crazy.

Wife and I were on our normal Withlacoochee ride and saw this in Inverness. They later passed us as we headed north back to Gulf Junction. Got to be a couple of BF members in the group!https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...94e778cb35.jpg

I think the one in red (3rd from right) was on one of the trails I was riding out of Inverness 2 weeks ago.

I did a little North Georgia mixed-surface group ride yesterday - 110 miles with 11,000 ft climbing.

This was one of the more bucolic moments

Taking a breather on some tame doubletrack toward the end of the ride after three miles of mud, creek crossings and fresh gravel on 15% grades.

It took me just over nine hours.

Third place took 7+ hours.
