Was on the West Orange Trail in Winter Garden, FL a week or so ago and this rooster walks right up to our trikes. According to the locals, he's a regular at this stop.

Do we even ask? Don't we just take? Yes us So Cal folks are "entitled"!

What's sad is normally all those mountains in the background would be totally covered in snow and the hillsides would be green with mustard growing tall... with the rain last weekend some green is sprouting up but not enough - we went from summer to summer...

Well, he built the aqueduct. Eaton and his pals had more to do with purchasing the farms.

I love the Owens Valley. Where was your grandparents' farm?

BTW, I was visiting in-laws in your hood this weekend, and yea, they're tired of the rain.

Near Aberdeen? I think that is where the first intake was.

Here's another of Mt. Tom. It was sacred to the Paiute.

I'm envious of both your photographic ability and your choice of scenery.

Jeese Vic, your photography is so neat and beautiful. I can see why you get the enjoyment out of riding and documenting the scenery where you are riding. Thanks for starting this thread, it is a daily pleasure to read and see.
