JUST DO IT!


You out have all day to ride. Then you rest, socialize, hydrate, eat, and sleep (you will sleep). You will do fine and have a ball. The Ironman set normally don't do these rides.


Having done several of these rides, I predict your second day will be the roughest and last day the strongest. And I also predict if you begin early each day, you will find lots of folks riding at your pace.
