Problems with preparation for multiday ride
#101
Getting older and slower!
JUST DO IT!
You out have all day to ride. Then you rest, socialize, hydrate, eat, and sleep (you will sleep). You will do fine and have a ball. The Ironman set normally don't do these rides.
Having done several of these rides, I predict your second day will be the roughest and last day the strongest. And I also predict if you begin early each day, you will find lots of folks riding at your pace.
