I'm 59, 6'2", and 205#. Saturday did a club ride of 90 miles with 7000 feet of climbing and it was hot toward the end.
Never been fast, never will be, but I have a good time on the rides. |

6", 60yo, & currently 216. With a 46" chest and 26" pit to pit all aero efforts and slammed stems are pretty much a waste of time with me, I'm like a sail in the wind at 20mph & burn watts like crazy, at 30mph I suspect I would rotate and start flying. I am a terror in spin class though.

My youngest son just moved to western Kentucky. For now, somewhere around Mayfield I think... He defected from Texas for some girl...go figure ;) Probably be a good thing for him. Anyway, assuming you're in Kentucky? I'll send you a PM when I visit and then we can see who is lying! Or compare lies, even better yet ;) I bet the hills will kick my butt if I can find a way to ride when I visit. We just have heat, wind and humidity where I ride, no hills. |

Ideally, one could put these numbers in his/her profile, to help others interpret postings. |
57, 6'2, 182#. I no longer keep up with my averages( they weren't all that impressive when I did). These days I'm content just to doddle along thinking happy thoughts.
