Got a thumbs up today!

I went to the local mountain bike trails today near a large university.
Kept meeting a couple of college kids on the trail. As I was leaving I rode through the parking area and they were sitting on their truck tailgate. We waved and one of them said "I want to be like you someday."
That really made my day. Then I went home and trimmed my grey beard.

Smart, kid. Wanting to get old makes a lot of sense when you think about it.

Went again today. Yee ha fun. I'm glad its spring and the trails are dry enough to ride.

Well done!

Obviously, you gave a good account of yourself and also represented the bearded ones here, admirably.
