Birthday ride

Today in honor of my birthday, I rode my age! 66.24 miles on a mountain bike from the city of Hemet, CA to Diamond Valley Lake and around it twice and then back. It was great but for next year I think I will just ride my age on paved roads and my road bike.

Poor times but considering my age.....

Happy birthday! That's a great ride. Time is relative. If you aren't racing what does it matter?

Great ride, regardless of the time it took you. Its your birthday ride, and you ought to just enjoy every minute you are out. Belated Happy Birthday wishes, too.

66 miles is a good ride ... on pavement. I can't imagine riding that far on my mountain bike (except perhaps on pavement, but even then I wouldn't be happy about it).

Congratulations!

Well done, and happy birthday. I don't even think about how long it takes. If I get the birthday miles in on the day of, it's all good.
