Hi there, I just wonder of these two kind of frame,
the hybrid bike from Polygon, Heist 3.0, and the bike from Thrill, Ravage 4.0

Polygon available frame is written 43,50,and 53, and
Thrill available frame is only 14.5",16" and 17"

Thrill frames shape always shapes like a "curved bow", but Polygon shape is like a "Trapezium"

I see no products from Thrill has the same shape (higher top-tube/nearly horizontal) as heist 3.0.
I see some bike calculator and I found myself need an "L" size frame about 19" frame or maybe frame 50.

What actually the big difference if I choose "cuved bow" shape instead of "Trapezoid" shape of the Heist3.0 hybrid bike?

For me, the perfect "city" bike is one that has connections for a rack and a more upright seating position to be above the cars. Frame shape is less important!

The curved frame shape is just a fashion statement. It harks back to the days of steel frames where steel tubes with curves in them were reasonably common on recreational bikes and offered a little frame compliance. Frame flexibility on an aluminium frame will only lead to it breaking sooner. Not sure about carbon frames.

And I agree that other things are more important on a city bike other than frame shape.

IMHO? A Step through.. My Brompton is an excellent city bike for the city [ Actually a Small town ], I live In .

Low BB So saddle though High enough to pedal comfortably, still lets Me put a foot down also comfortably at stoplights ..



As to your pictured either Or
Ones a 29er MTB the other a Hybrid , neither have any accessories like mudguards lights and Racks to start to Be Practical in Most cities .

For a city bike you'll want slick tires without knobbies and no suspension. Neither of the bikes you listed are ideal.
