It will make about 10mm worth of difference.

What length is on your bike now? What is the angle?

Most LBS will let you try a stem before you buy. It's the only way to know ahead of time whether a particular length will work for you.

As far as how it handles - handlebars will be more twitchy. Smaller movements will make larger than expected changes. But you can adjust.

Sure, you'll notice a 1 cm difference.

Before the stem i have on my bike is 120mm. The angle i not know i buy the bike used the stem is was on the bike. maybe the angle is 30 degrees As online bike size calculator tell me i ride bike 56cm. My bike is 57cm. I put the bike on the trainer i sit on the bike and i put my hands in the drops. I see the hub on the wheel is behind the end of the stem. Because i buy cheap one 100mm stem i tried that stem. Now i see the wheel hub just little the front of the end of the stem. With the 120mm stem i feel i stretched for reach the handlebar. Now with the 100mm stem i feel better and my elbows is have some degree. I think with 110mm stem i go feel better. I try do home fitting

Are you sure you have your saddle fore/aft adjusted properly? You can shorten your reach that way also. Just don't overdo it.
