Replaced my seatpost now back and elbow is stiff. Readjusted saddle but I don't want to go crazy adjusting the saddle. I would like some suggestions. No problem before the seatpost replacement

It is impossible to make a recommendation with such limited information. If you could determine how the current position differs from the old position, that would be your answer. Maybe you could put the old seat back on, located in the original position and take some measurements.
