I watched most of this during breaks at the office and finished the last ten minutes at home. My wife (an occasional Brompton rider) hearing the last ten minutes wanted to watch the whole video. The content is outstanding. My wife's new found understanding of why I have been working so hard on bike fit is priceless. Thank you!

Bikes: Co-Motion Cappuccino Tandem,'88 Bob Jackson Touring, Co-Motion Cascadia Touring, Open U.P., Ritchie Titanium Breakaway, Frances Cycles SmallHaul cargo bike. Those are the permanent ones; others wander in and out of the stable occasionally as well.

Great video that puts it all together. An hour long though and enough to make me go to a fitter instead of trying to do this myself.
