My longest bike that stretched me out so much that I had to get short reach compact bars is only 54cm. It has a longer top tube than the 60cm road racer that I also own! Go figure. I am also 5'10" w/a 33" ins. But that's not relevant here. What size shirt do you wear? Do you need the 34/35 sleeves or do the 33/34's work for you?
