I need a little help. I tried searching, but really couldn't find anything. I've been riding for right at a month. I'm averaging about 30 miles a week right now. I've tweaked seat position and bar position and everything feels goods with one exception. My left elbow aches (outer and upper part) and my left hand tends to get numb. While typing this, I just thought of maybe changing the position of my left Ergon grip, but other than that, does anything stand out that this might be a fitment issue?

I had a problem like that for a couple of months. Working upper body at the gym fixed it. If it were both elbows and hands I'd suggest holding the bars differently.
