So: A neighbor showed up at my door and gave me a bike. It's the famous original wal-mart fixie, with red and yellow rims. It needs a little work--the headset is loose--but looks to be in decent condition. It also has a single speed freewheel. I already have a nicer fixie, a long-tail cargo bicycle (Yuba Mundo), a touringish bicycle with racks, and a multi-speed road bike, and am wondering what good use I can put this bike to. Any ideas?

single speed cross bike! put some gnarly rubber on it and get into the mud! or put it on the single speed side and use it as a cheap city commuter that you don't have to worry about leaving it outside in high-traffic/high-crime areas.
