No, I'm aware of that. This frame has it worse than most. I ride with 3 other track frame riders. And they ride actuall track frames as well, not just single speed frames.
They all say my frame has it worse than any other they've seen.

I won't ride a track or road bike unless it has toe overlap.
I even had a MTB with overlap briefly, but it was too small for me.

Check for ripples or paint/chrome damage on the downtube close to where it meets the head tube. Are you able to *ride* the bike no-handed without feeling like it's going to dive once up to a reasonable speed?
If there are signs of damage/the bike is unstable in this way take it to a shop - preferably one that also builds/repairs frames. If your downtube is badly damaged you're probably SOL. For what the frame is worth you're better off replacing it.
If just the fork is a little tweaked they may be able to bend it back (provided it's the stock steel fork of course) or you could find a replacement.

There's standard track bike toe overlap, and there's damage from a head-on collision. As I said earlier in the thread my money's on the latter.

Sorry for four posts in a row in my own thread- but I just saw this photo on FGG. It's a Bianchi Pista that is newer than mine, but not sure if it's 2009. The front wheel is much further from the downtube than mine is.

I have to go back and add new photos, but imagine bullhorns and a black stem. And no pump.
*EDIT* Black seatpost, same stem!

Your bike seems to be balancing fine in those pics, no-handed.
