Finally I have the time to upgrade the handle bar to drop

Dahon MU SL with Alfine 11.
First cut the stem short ride for a year.
Now convert to road handle bar. Love it so far.

Nice work. Can the stem extender be adjusted on the fly?

Also, what saddle bag is that? I've been looking for something with a large capacity just like that.

It looks nice.

Do you ever pack the bike as luggage?

Bike Friday split the drop bars in the middle, at least with the older models. But, it might depend on whether one has the open face stem that allows the bars to be easily removed.

Topeak MondoPack Hydro | Chain Reaction Cycles i bought there

The stem can be adjusted about an 1 inch or 2 but you have to unscrew the 4 bolts to adjust
