Dahon MU SL to drop bar upgrade

This is my winter project. modding anything is so expensive.

Crosstop brake 31.8mm- $22
Tektro 926AL Mini V Brake - $32
Dahon Stem extender 31.8mm - $60
Versa VRS $205

Drop bar i already have this one. SLK SL-K carbon ($114)

Hopefully I am not missing anything.

Cables to connect things might be useful.

2 questions
Is the dahon extender for oversized? I thought it was 25.4. I have the andros version.
Are you planning to use the versa shifters with the brakes? Can't count... if so are travel agents required for the mini v brakes. I have used drops with v brakes and it was bearable but not ideal.

there are drop bar brake levers like the tektro rl-520 which can be used for v-brakes.

I found this on a Taiwan site. Tern X20 to drop

so far I only have the versa shifters sent to me. The reason I bought the mini v brakes is to avoid using travel agent since the versa shifters support mini v brake. The extender is to convert from 25.4 T to 31.8 for drop. Will update this with pic when I have all the items here .

marxmini - yup all be because I saw that Tern 2015

Most mini V's are short pull, not long pull like regular ones.
