If you already have any bag; I suggest to cut foam to your camera's & bag's shape.
Probably a cheaper option. If you already have a bag and some foam lying around;
free.

I usually :
1. Just use my regular camera bag and sling it (for short photo trips out (ie. a few km))
2. Strap a regular camera bag to the rear rack or handlebar
3. Place camera padding into an Ortlieb Classic 5 (waterproof) and mount it on the front luggage truss.

Ortlieb makes an optional padded camera bag insert to pad the inside of their handle bar bags..
One of the dividers has a DSLR lens Cradle..
