New pedals for Tern Verge?
I'm pulling the trigger this week on my first folder, a Tern Verge Tour, and the first thing I'd like to do is replace the pedals. I don't have giant feet but folding bike pedals seem crazy small to me. Is there a folding bike quick release pedal that anyone can recommend that would feel more similar to a mtb flat pedal (preferably with pins)? Thanks for any help with this!

My local dealer only had the Link to take for a spin, but I was really having some trouble finding the pedals. That may go away with more use. My current bike has a pair of Raceface Aeffect pedals that are 101mm x 100mm. I don't know what the measurements were on the Link pedals, but they were definitely quite a bit smaller. More importantly, I found myself slipping off them a few times. I guess my first step should be to see if the EZY Superiors are compatible. If that's the case, I'll probably be looking at the Lambda (Grip King) or Exim.
Very excited to be getting a folder, my current bike is a 29+ behemoth so it will really be a very different riding experience.
Edit: After checking the MKS catalog, the Allways EZY Superior looks ideal. Sadly, no measurements. If anyone has a pair, I'd love to find out the surface area. Thanks for the help!

You won't *really* know how slippery they are until you've ridden them *wet*!
I've been using the MKS AR-2 EZ pedals for years; the image shows a solution for slipping.
Steve
EDIT: The platform itself is about 62 x 98 mm. The "strapless" toe clip easily doubles the fore-aft dimension, makes it really easy to get onto the pedal without looking at it, and prevents slipping off when wet. The pedals themselves were OEM on the bike, a Tern Verge S11i.

Edit: MKS measurements seem quite different than Thor's, but I think I'll believe Thor's numbers. MKS is probably measuring the total L and W rather than the surface on each side. The trapezoid profile would account for the difference. Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions, appreciate it!
