Fastest tire for Brompton ?

I can't tell about bike riding, but I observed soccer in churches. In Mexico churches play a central role in social life and it is common to have a sports field by a church in a village. Kids playing soccer would not drop a beat if the ball wandered into the church.

If you go to check out bike tire rolling resistance the Marathon's have a lower rolling resistance than both the Racer and Kojacks. Anyway CNN style lists the Brompton as one of 20 most influential designs of the modern era.

As soon as I've completed my Dahon's makeover I will post a new thread about test riding Kojak 406mm in my church fellowship hall on an interior carpeted concrete floor, complete with pictures and videos. I certainly won't do so in this thread for risk that I might continue to offend a specific Brompton 349mm wheeled rider who resides in an undisclosed location (and thus it is impossible to know what his/her native language might be). 
However, I offer a prediction: The Kojaks will be the fastest tires to ride in that specific test.

Going to give the Kojaks a try I think. Still running the Brompton kevlars on my 2017. Just had an accidental breakage of a tube. Not used my bike for 2 months and while removing a large pump end (fiddly)from the front tyre valve I managed to use enough force to rip a hole where the valve joins the tube! I'm sure I'm not the first to do this?. Spare tube is the right one for Kojaks (28/***) and has a valve ring which the original tube didn't have which should hopefully stop this from happening again as it will keep the valve in a non-flex position. Anyway, going to stick on some kojaks and give those a try.

I have done it on Bike Friday after patching a tube on the road - the original tires lacked any flat resistance. Since then I exclusively use pumps equipped with a hose.

BITD [700c wheels], with P/V and Silca Impero Pumps, (Campag pump heads ) a sharp fist bump downward on the pump with valve stem @ 12:00 did the job..
Other pumps have a thumb lock ...
S/V, Schwalbe , (they call A/V) , adds a threaded stem and ring nut ..

Just ordered 2 Primo comet tires for my Brompton. I couldn't justify spending $160 for the tan sidewalls Schwalbe One. I have seen the Schwalbe One in person and they are beautiful looking tires but saving a $110 in the price was the decision maker. I paid $52.00 for 2 Primo comet tires, just didn't make sense to pay the difference. I would really like to hear from someone out there riding Schwalbe One tires on a Brompton. Someone please let us know about these new tires.

Vittoria makes the Juniores in a 20" size.
But, I thought it was closer to 18".
It looks like TUFO also has a 20" (18.4") tubular tire.
It might be a tight fit, but I wonder if it could be squeezed onto a Brompton.
I might be able to track down a tire & rim if someone has a precise center of axle to crown (or equivalent for the rear) measurement for the Brompton. Brakes?
Corima has 20" carbon tubular wheels, but they'd need some modification for road bikes.

The fastest tire for Brompton i.e. ETRTO 349 should be the Schwalbe One introduced on the CHPT3 2019 and now available as spare parts.
There is also now a folding Marathon Racer tan wall introduced on the Explore 2020 and also now available as spare parts.
Besides Schwalbe, there is the new Continental Contact Urban which is s good trade-off performances/puncture protection.
Last very fast tire in ETRTO349, the Greenspeed Scorcher 120. Its 40mm wide so theoretically too wide for the Brompton but I saw pictures of Brompton equipped with this tire.

I think there is an important distinction between rolling resistance and acceleration. Usually for the former wider slick tires perform better, whereas for the latter weight and rotational mass matters more.
I think you have received many great suggestions. To get going, I believe the lightest in 349mm are the Velotto Fantome; once you get going and rolling, Greenspeed Scorchers are great; the Schwalbe One is a good middle ground between weight and width (and acceleration and rolling resistance). My favorites are available only in 355mm, Panaracer's Minits.

I have used the Panaracer Minits Light in ETRTO 406 (the ETRTO 355 are very difficult to find in Europe) I also have Schwalbe Pro-One in ETRTO 406 and Greenspeed Scorcher 120 in ETRTO 349.
The Panaracer are definitely not at the level of the Pro-one and Scorcher.
The Scorcher roll very well, I think even better than the Pro-one (the old version not the new Addix version) but the Pro-one mounted tubeless have a much better puncture resistance.
I haven't tried the Schwalbe One in ETRTO 349 but seen their specification (new Addix Race rubber, 127TPI) they could be excellent.

Scorchers are 300gr+ of rotational mass, whereas the Ones are about 175gr at best. These are great once the bike gets moving. For rides in the city where stopping and going, and puncture resistance are important, these would be sub-optimal. For everything else they are solid options.
